Yes! At Oval Electrical our warranty covers installation work for a period of twelve months from the invoice date. However this does not extend to goods not supplied by Oval Electrical, physical damage to products, or any instance where the original installation has been altered or tampered with subsequently by third parties. Our preferred form of payment is a direct bank transfer. We can also take card payment on site and accept a cheque if required.

We don’t have a “call-out fee" but for smaller jobs, we have a minimum charge. We always provide a clear, transparent price before any work begins. No surprises, just straightforward, honest pricing.

Yes at Oval Electrical we are fully insured for both public liability and public indemnity, giving you peace of mind while we carry out any work in your home or business. Our insurance ensures that, in the unlikely event of an accident or damage, you’re fully protected.

Getting a quote is simple. You can either call us, fill out our online enquiry form or send us an email and give us details about the job. For larger or more complex projects, we may arrange a free site visit to assess the work and provide a detailed, no-obligation quote. We always aim to be transparent, so you’ll know exactly what to expect before any work begins.
